REGOLAMENTO, QUOTE E MODALITÀ D’ISCRIZIONE

REGOLAMENTO

1. Il presente regolamento si integra con le informazioni contenute nella seguente pagina web: Winter Camp Masterclass Danze Irlandesi.
2. La richiesta di partecipazione avviene attraverso l’invio di apposita email al seguente indirizzo: info@cloverdanzeirlandesi.it.
3. A seguito dell’accettazione della richiesta di partecipazione, comunicata tramite email all’indirizzo del richiedente, l’iscrizione si perfeziona dopo essersi attenuti alle modalità indicate nell’apposita sezione.
4. Dopo l’accettazione, la quota di partecipazione versata è rimborsabile nella misura di 2/3, in caso di ritiro dell’allievo entro il 08/01/2027. In caso di ritiro dopo la data indicata, la quota non è rimborsabile in nessuna misura.
5. Dopo l’accettazione, la quota di partecipazione versata è rimborsabile nella misura di 2/3, in caso di ritiro dell’allievo entro il 22/01/2027, unicamente per motivi di salute. In caso di ritiro dopo la data indicata, la quota non è rimborsabile in nessuna misura.
6. La richiesta di ritiro dovrà pervenire al seguente indirizzo email: info@cloverdanzeirlandesi.it, entro le date indicate e, in caso di ritiro per motivi di salute, allegando obbligatoriamente una certificazione medica. Non saranno accettate certificazioni mediche successive al 22/01/2027.
7. Clover Scuola di Danze Irlandesi si riserva di annullare la masterclass, per motivi contingenti e a suo insindacabile giudizio. In caso di annullamento, la quota versata è restituita per l’intero importo.
8. Le lezioni della masterclass perse per motivi imputabili all’allievo iscritto non sono recuperabili né rimborsabili.
9. L’iscrizione alla masterclass sottintende l’accettazione del presente regolamento.

MODALITÀ D‘ISCRIZIONE:

• attendi l’accettazione via email della tua richiesta di partecipazione.
• compila in ogni sua parte il modulo d’iscrizione che trovi al seguente link: modulo d’iscrizione
• effettua il versamento relativo alla quota di partecipazione di tua pertinenza alle seguenti coordinate:

• entro massimo 5 giorni lavorativi dall’accettazione della tua richiesta invia a info@cloverdanzeirlandesi.it un’attestazione di pagamento effettuato. Se il pagamento si riferisce a più persone, occorre compilare un modulo d’iscrizione per ognuna e specificare nel corpo della mail con l’attestazione di pagamento la tipologia d’iscrizione (2 giorni, 1 giorno, 1 lezione di due ore) di ogni partecipante.
• in assenza dello svolgimento delle procedure indicate, la richiesta di partecipazione è da considerarsi decaduta.

REGULATIONS, FEES AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

REGULATIONS

1. These regulations supplement the information on the following webpage: Winter Camp Masterclass Danze Irlandesi.
2. The request for participation is made by sending an email to the following address: info@cloverdanzeirlandesi.it.
3. Following acceptance of the participation request, communicated by email to the applicant’s address, enrolment is finalised after following the procedures indicated in the appropriate section.
4. After acceptance, the participation fee paid is refundable to the extent of 2/3, in the event of withdrawal of the student by 08/01/2027. In the event of withdrawal after this date, the fee is not refundable to any extent.
5. After acceptance, the participation fee paid is refundable to the extent of 2/3, in case of withdrawal of the student by 22/01/2027, solely for health reasons. In the event of withdrawal after this date, the fee is not refundable to any extent.
6. Withdrawal requests must be received at the following email address: info@cloverdanzeirlandesi.it, by the dates indicated and, in the case of withdrawal for health reasons, a medical certificate must be attached. Medical certificates after 22/01/2027 will not be accepted.
7. Clover School of Irish Dances reserves the right to cancel the masterclass, for contingent reasons and at its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, the full amount of the fee paid will be refunded.
8. Lessons of the masterclass missed for reasons attributable to the registered student are neither recoverable nor refundable.
9. Enrolment in the masterclass implies acceptance of these regulations.

• wait for the email acceptance of your participation request.
• fill in the registration form you will find at the following link: application form
• make the payment of your participation fee to the following bank details:

• within a maximum of 5 working days after acceptance of your request, send the payment receipt to info@cloverdanzeirlandesi.it. If the payment is for more than one person, a registration form must be completed and signed for each person and the type of registration (2 days, 1 day, 1 class of two hours) of each participant must be specified in the body of the email.
• failure to comply with the procedures indicated will result in the loss of the right to participate in the masterclass.
